Year 4
My name is Miss Green and I am the Year 4 teacher. My main aim is to provide a happy and stimulating learning environment for all our children. Mrs Troth is our super teaching assistant who will be supporting all our children in class, in groups and individually. We will be working together to support the children in their learning journey throughout the year. We access Maths, Reading, Writing and SPAG (Spelling, punctuation and Grammar) daily.
In year 4, we pride ourselves in working hard in a fun and exciting way.
Here are some of the topics that we will be working through this year:
- Electricity
- Vikings
- Teeth- digestive system
- Iron Age
- The Magic Kingdom
- Animals and habitats.
For more information about all of the topics we will be covering please see the attached yearly overview below, these are however subject to change and may be completed in a different order, our topic work is really important to our daily schedule.
